My teenage son got a kick out of this, but I'm pretty sure in an ironic way. Amateur production, and the results reflect that, especially the dialogue and voice-acting.

The Brain (1988)

OMFG there's so much stupid wrong with this movie 😂 including the lamest car chase ever filmed (probably). However, the irony of the "Independent Thinkers" television program is creepy AF.

I was not expecting much, but this turned out to be pretty enjoyable. I recommend watching with at least 1 other person to get the most out of it. I'm also going to seek out more Angela Bettis flicks -- loved her in May, then lost track of her completely until now.

Mimic (1997)

Great movie to watch for Twosday! Unique story concept and excellent monsters --- would expect no less for a Guillermo del Toro flick. Great practical effects, and those early-days digital effects held up really well, too.
