I broke my "no horror September" rule, because they were playing Christine in theaters for the 40th Anniversary, and my parents had never seen it so I had to take them!! We had a great time and they really enjoyed it! I knew they would š
My mom thought it was SO COOL when Christine was on fire driving around; the practical effects with the car(s) are incredibly impressive in this film.

Dreamcatcher (2003)
This is one of the more contentious Stephen King adaptations -- you either love it or hate it. I personally love it. The cast is great, the story is bizarre... Sure, it's got it's fair share cheesy moments, but overall it more than meets the "so bad it's good" standard.
