Took my daughter and her friend to see this in-theater tonight. It was enjoyable for PG-13 horror, and it probably helped that I knew nothing going into it other than the creepy animatronic monsters names, lol -- people seem to be getting upset that they deviated from the original video game premise.🤷‍♀️

My biggest complaint was that the fkn theater didn't dim the house lights as much as they should have been/usually are. Nothing like watching a scary movie in a well-lit room.🙄

  Just as much of a wild & crazy ride as I remember, lol.

There was an introduction by Rob Zombie, in which he says the house they used was the same one from The Best Little Whorehouse in Texas, so I'm gonna have to check that out.

Christine (1983)

🔥 40th Anniversary

I broke my "no horror September" rule, because they were playing Christine in theaters for the 40th Anniversary, and my parents had never seen it so I had to take them!! We had a great time and they really enjoyed it! I knew they would 😉

My mom thought it was SO COOL when Christine was on fire driving around; the practical effects with the car(s) are incredibly impressive in this film.
